1、  速度及产能：整线主要速度及频率：纵向铣 60-80m/min，每分钟约 60 块标准板（标准板为 8.2*150*1220，单片面积 0.18 平米）。纵向双侧铣 80 米的速度，60 块标板；横向双端铣速度在30m/min 左右。推料钩间距 400mm，在 30m/min 的速度下每分钟可加工75 块标准板。

1. Speed and capacity: Main speed and frequency of the whole line: Horizontal milling 60-80m/min, 60 pieces of standard board per minute (the standard board: 8.2*150*1220, area of per board: 0.18 square meters). Vertical double sides milling: 80 m/min, 60 pieces of standard board per minute; Horizontal double sides milling: around 30m/min. Push hook spacing 400mm, At the speed of 30m/min, 75 standard boards can be processed per minute.

2、  产量计算：预测产量：（按照标准板每分钟 60 块，每天一班 8 小时，生产效率预计 80%，设备效率为 80%，年工作日 300 天）

单班年产量 约为 100 万平米60*0.18*60*8*0.8*300*0.8=995，328）。双班年产量可在 200 万平米左右。

日产量（三班）约达 10000 平米

60*0.18*60*8*3*0.8*0.8=9，953.28）。

2. Calculation of output: forecast output: (According to the 60 standard plates per minute, one shift a day 8 hours, the forecast production efficiency: 80%, 300 working days per year)

The annual output of single shift is approximately 1 million m2 (60*0.18*60*8*0.8*300*0.8=995，328)

The double shifts can reach approximately 2 million m2.

The max daily output (three shifts) can reach to approximately 10000 m2 (60*0.18*60*8*3*0.8*0.8=9，953.28）

3.2成品公差

3.2 Tolerance of finished product

公差只有顾客遵守了以下条款才能得到保证：

→为了达到这个高要求的修整精度，板子需要有足够的长度，相同的宽度和没有弯曲。

In order to meet this high requirement of finishing accuracy, the board should be long enough, with same width and without bend.

→表板的平面度为：＜0.1mm/300mm

The flatness of the board surface: ＜0.1mm/300mm

→地板纵向弯曲度为：+20/-10mm/2.2m；横向弯曲度为：+/-0.3mm

Max. Vertical bending of floor board: +20/-10mm/2.2m; Max. horizontal bending: +/-0.3mm

→地板坯料的厚度公差为：＜0.15mm/300mm

Thickness tolerance of floor board raw material: ＜0.15mm/300mm

→机器在正式生产之前必须预热（即链条连续运行至少一小时）→严格遵守润滑和保养规定

The machine must be preheated before it officially produces (i.e. the chain runs continuously for at least one hour)  → Strictly abide by lubrication and maintenance regulations

→如果有必要的话，挡块需要检查和调整，保养至少必须每 14 天进行一次。

If necessary, stop dog need to be checked and adjusted, maintain once at least every 14 days.

→测量时温度变化值是±5℃

Max. temperature change during measurement: ±5℃

→刀具的精度：

刀具的磨损：60%的刀齿必须在公差为 10μm 范围内。所有刀齿的公差为 20μm。平衡值为 6.3G。

wearing of tool: the tolerance of 60% tools should be within 10μm. The tolerance of all tools should be 20μm. The Max. balance: 6.3G.
